Privacy Policy

CourtCall is an invite-only racquets operations application provided by Innervation Finance Group, Inc. for clubs, groups, commissioners, captains, administrators, and rostered players.
Information CourtCall Uses
CourtCall stores roster, profile, schedule, venue, payment-status, calendar, substitution, notification, and administrator activity information needed to operate private racquets programming. Profile fields may include name, email address, mobile phone number, spouse contact fields, mailing address, optional NTRP rating, and optional headshot.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate rostered users, show player schedules, manage substitutions, publish lineups, send operational notices, support calendar subscriptions, maintain payment-status records, and let authorized administrators operate club or group programming. Spouse contact fields are contact-only and are not used as login credentials unless that person has a separate rostered player or substitute record.
Communications
CourtCall may send operational email and SMS messages such as reminders, open-seat notices, filled-seat notices, lineup changes, and app invitations. SMS is used only when a player has provided or confirmed consent. Players may opt out of SMS in the app or by replying STOP.
Sharing
CourtCall does not sell player data. Information is shared only with the club, group, commissioner, captain, administrator, or service providers needed to operate the app, host the service, send notifications, secure sign-in, and store application data.
Retention And Access
CourtCall keeps operational records for as long as needed to administer active and historical programming, support audit trails, and maintain the service. Users may contact support to request profile correction, access review, or account deactivation.
