CourtCall support is available for club administrators, commissioners, captains, and rostered users of active CourtCall tenants.
Contact
Email mark@innervationfinance.com with the club or group name, user email, issue description, and any relevant date, event, or series name.
Support Scope
- - Sign-in and invite-only access questions
- - Marketplace activation and trial access
- - Club, group, roster, series, and event setup questions
- - Schedule, substitution, calendar, and notification workflow issues
- - Profile, SMS consent, and contact-field corrections
Operational Note
For same-day lineup changes, court changes, weather issues, or club-specific decisions, the local administrator remains the first operating contact. CourtCall support helps with the app and configuration layer.
